30 Hartley tasman yacht ferro-cement unfinished hull in KOAH, Queensland for sale

Unfinished Hull Ferro cememt - 30f
- kept to designers plan but spaced the frames to lengthen from 27foot
3 inches to 30foot 3inches.
- Plasted by 2 professional plasters
- The blotches on hull and stern are stains from water dripping through
the leaking roof above. Needs to be bead blasted clean.
- As for topsides the Rear cockpit, side deck and fore decks are in
ferro cement
- Working onsite is unsure as the owner does not live on site anymore.
- Materials on-site are Stainless chain plates worth $600.
- Hull is 3 metres wide so no pilot vehicle or permit is required to
transport. With a crane and truck it would likey cost around $2000 to
get to cairns and put in boat yard to finish
- 7 layers of chicken mesh with Horizontal and diagonal stringers, very
strong and sound hull.
